Over the summer of 2020, in light of the Black Lives Matter movement, it has become glaringly evident that not enough is being done by companies to tackle systemic inequities. However, following COVID-19 businesses may be uncertain about moving forward with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives due to financial constraints.
That said there has been a spike in new D & I roles hired within organisations. Certainly, no business wants to be left behind or indeed called out for their lack of D & I efforts. Not only because morally it’s the right thing to do but also because extensive research now shows that a company’s financial performance is enhanced through authentic positive D & I action.
As part of National Inclusion week, Chilworth Partnership and Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be hosting a roundtable event with presentations from a panel of guest speakers followed by a Q & A session. All participants will leave with practical tools that can be immediately used to drive a D & I agenda and effect change in their organisation.
