Chilworth Partnership and Venture Recruitment Partners are a niche financial recruitment business specialising in Finance and Accountancy roles in the south of England.
Due to growth and a significant increase of our market share, we now need to strengthen our own back office infrastructure.
We seek an experienced Finance Manager to work closely with our Financial Controller, Office Manager and our Consulting Team. This role can be considered on either a full or part time basis.
There will also be customer contact with our candidates, working interims and clients, so first-class communication skills are a prerequisite. This is a hands-on role covering a wide range of duties, from posting invoices, cash payments and receipts through to production of monthly management accounts and payroll.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is useful but not essential; previous work experience in a smaller business would be also be useful.
