Meet our founders: Richard Carter and Rod Hutchings are search experts, professional advisors, and personal mentors. They first worked together in 1990, creating an award-winning office and region for an NYSE-quoted international financial recruitment group. They developed their business into the market-leading financial recruiter in the central southern region.

The pair reunited in September 2010 to form the esteemed Chilworth Partnership. Today, the next generation at Chilworth are following in Richard and Rod’s exceptional footsteps and with Directors Chris Judd, Matt Whitton, David Hodges and recently recruited Karen Rich at the helm we’re continuing to raise the bar for financial recruitment.
