About Matt

Matt graduated from the University of Kent in 2014 and joined the Chilworth Partnership as a Resourcer in January 2015. He quickly transitioned to Consultant in May 2015 and initially focused on part-qualified recruitment. Due to the growth of the business and Matt’s success as a recruiter, his role evolved to look after qualified financial recruitment up to Director level across the South Coast.

As of October 2023, Matt has transitioned back to the Chilworth partnership brand alongside Chris Judd to refocus our executive-level offering. Matt focuses on permanent search across the South Coast and Thames Valley, typically at the £80k plus range.

In his spare time, Matt has a very active lifestyle and enjoys going to the gym, running and cycling. He’s also a big fan of Southampton FC and likes to spend his weekends going to various restaurants and pubs.
